Aliases: Reverse-L, El Inverto, Bob.
Pros: Same as his brother, L - gets along very well with his own kind, fills in gaps and what not, makes triples.
Cons: Basically, a cheap knock-off of the L-shaped tetrad. Unsurprisingly, does not work well with stair-like formations. Plus, it does not resemble any letter of the English alphabet, so I had to go to the Greek alphabet. You will most likely see me refer to it as a 'Reverse-L' block, not a 'Gamma' block.
