Level 9, Height 5.
Lookit the happy little dancers and musicians (left)! Truly a joyous occasion that the Gameboy is trying to construct here, at the end of the most difficult level in Game B. The joy seamlessly transforms into sheer glory with the lift-off of the space shuttle.... After it leaves the screen (a half hour later), the Gameboy congratulates you on a job well done. Give yourself a pat on the back; you did it!
In an earlier version of this page, I erroneously asserted that the shuttle was American and perhaps poorly drawn. Not so, says Ryan Szekeres. He writes: "@ the end of game B level 9 high 5 the rocket is the Russian shuttle Buran and the Russian booster Energia." Thanks for the clarification, Ryan! (Return to Tetris 101)
